Joe has over 20 years experience with community foundation work in Daviess County. He recently retired after a 40+ career as a banker and elected official – previously serving as Mayor of Washington. One of the qualities of Daviess County Joe appreciates the most is the can-do attitude of community leaders. He and his wife Elaine reside in Washington and raised their family here.
