Our Community Foundation, Inc. believes in transparency and accountability to its constituents and the public through application of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requirements regarding public disclosure of certain documents.

The following documents are posted on Our Community Foundation’s website or are made available on request. Response to requests shall be made within 24 hours. A reasonable fee for printing of the documents shall apply.

·         IRS form 1023 Exemption Application

·         IRS forms 990 (excluding donor names on Schedule B) – last 3 years

·         IRS Determination Letter

Our Community Foundation, Inc. will not provide information regarding unfavorable rulings from the IRS and certain types of information that the IRS says can be withheld.
